NEWS:
Boro Building Inspector: Use and Occupancy Approved
Inspection: Russell Long, Ken Cericola from Innovative and I have just met with Brad Bolinger the Borough's building inspector. After looking over the work that's been done, Brad approved the issuance of our final Use and Occupancy Certificate! There's additional work to be done to complete the project, but none of it is related to our ability to use and occupy the premises.
New Roofs already inspected: The replacement of the roofs on the Sunday School/Parish Hall and the old Rectory is complete.
Another Replacement Furnace! The week after Thanksgiving we had a nasty surprise: The furnace that heats theSunday School and Parish Hall finally gave up the ghost. $9,000 later we have a new furnace and an open account for $9,000.
Interior Ramp is almost complete. Exterior Ramp and Rest Rooms are now ADA compliant. The interior hallway step has been replaced with a gentle ramp for entry to and exit from the church. The old exterior ramp has been replaced with a new ramp that has a gentler slope, a landing, and ADA handrails. Additional non-slip material has been ordered for those wet and ugly days. Both rest rooms are now wheelchair accessible.
